What to Bring

  • Well-fitted helmet (mandatory)
  • Adequate water (water backpack or two water bottles)
  • Snacks (nutrition bars, nuts/raisin mix, fruit, steak) -- whatever you like and are used to eating while riding
  • Gloves
  • Sunscreen
  • Protective eyewear
  • Other protective "armor" (knee, hip, elbow pads, etc)
